Direct appointments for retail agencies
We appoint retail agencies directly in our target states. Approved agencies get access to our quote and bind portal, underwriting guidelines, marketing materials, and a dedicated underwriter point of contact.
Our retail appointment process is typically completed within 5–10 business days from receipt of a complete application.
What we need from you
- Active property & casualty license in the state(s) you intend to write
- E&O coverage with limits of $1M / $1M or greater
- Agency W-9 and licensing details for principal agents
- A signed producer agreement (we provide the template after intake)
For wholesale brokers
Wholesale broker partnerships
We selectively partner with wholesale brokerages that have established sub-producer networks in our target states. Wholesale partners receive access to dedicated underwriting support, custom rating integrations, and territory-aligned commission structures.
Wholesale appointments require a conversation with our distribution team to confirm territory and book fit before paperwork.
What we look for
- Surplus lines broker license in target states
- Established sub-producer network and book of business
- E&O coverage with limits appropriate to your premium volume
- Executed wholesale producer agreement and surplus lines compliance attestation
